From my experience, days 2 and 3 are the hardest days for making a change. Using weight loss as an example, it’s easy to have a good Day 1. You are motivated to make the change and have planned your day meticulously.
The next two days is where the rubber meets the road. It is where you’ve lost the excitement and you start to question if it is worth it. Don’t give in! Once you get over this hurdle, you have the momentum to keep going and achieve you goals. Stay strong and focused on why it’s important!
